2025 Residue Digester

A typical acre of stalks and straw holds roughly 90 lbs N, 45 lbs P, and 220 lbs K — valuable nutrients locked away in your fields.
Our proprietary blend speeds nutrient release by flooding residue with beneficial biology. BioMax-E teams with BAC (Beneficial Anaerobic Concentrate), while molasses and Pacific Gro Fish Oceanic Hydrolysate provide the fuel these microbes need to thrive.
Apply the mix on residue right after harvest and let nature recycle those nutrients for your next crop.

Program Benefits
Unlock Nutrients
Release NPK maximizing your ROI on applied nutrients.
Speed Up Breakdown
Accelerate residue decomposition, reducing disease pressure and pest habitat while improving field conditions.
Improve Soil Tilth
Enhance spring soil structure and workability, creating an ideal seedbed for your next crop.
The Science Behind Success
Addressing the Challenge
Last year's crop residue can negatively impact your farming operation through increased disease and pest pressure, uneven planting conditions, and valuable nutrients locked in unavailable forms. Without proper management, your fields develop a non-beneficial anaerobic environment that slows decomposition and creates a hostile growing environment.
Microbiology: The Key to Breaking Down Residue
Our digester mix's primary ingredient, BioMax-E, is a liquid compost containing thousands of species of beneficial bacteria, fungi, protozoa, and nematodes. We also include BAC (Beneficial Anaerobic Concentrate), a concentrated blend of anaerobic microorganisms specializing in residue degradation. Together, these microbes digest cellulose and lignin — the main components of crop residue.
Activating the Biology
To multiply these beneficial microbes, we include two powerful food sources: Molasses and Pacific Gro Oceanic Hydrolysate. This combination prepares the biology to start digesting residue immediately upon application. For best results, apply this product to crop residue immediately after harvest to allow maximum breakdown time before winter.
Enhanced with Molybdenum
If you're planting wheat or a cover crop, consider adding molybdenum to the mix. This can help create three critical enzymes: nitrate reductase (converting nitrates), nitrogenase (capturing atmospheric nitrogen), and phosphatase (breaking the calcium/phosphorus bond).
