Compost is introduced into the hopper, where a variable-speed auger moves material through the extraction chamber. This adjustable mechanism gives precise control over the amount of compost entering the system, optimizing extraction performance. The hopper’s adjustable water agitation system prevents bridging by breaking static friction and maintaining steady material flow.
Inside the chamber, strategically positioned water jets rinse the compost as it advances, releasing microbial populations into solution. A Booster Pump ensures consistent water pressure to extract microbial communities gently and effectively. The auger and jets are housed within a cylindrical sieve that separates solids while allowing beneficial microorganisms to pass through. The sieve is easily interchangeable, letting operators select mesh sizes to achieve their preferred level of filtration and sediment load.
By adjusting auger speed and sieve size, users can fine-tune extract concentration and consistency—preserving biological quality and ensuring repeatable results in every batch.
