Compost is introduced into the hopper, where a variable-speed auger transports material through the extraction chamber. This adjustable mechanism provides precise control over compost feed rate and ensures uniform flow. The hopper’s adjustable water agitation system prevents bridging by breaking static friction, keeping compost moving smoothly into the chamber.
Inside the extractor, strategically positioned water jets rinse the compost, freeing microorganisms into solution. A Booster Pump maintains optimal pressure for effective extraction without harming microbial life. The auger and jets are enclosed within a cylindrical sieve that separates solids from the liquid extract. The sieve is easily interchangeable, allowing the use of different mesh screens for varying filtration and sediment levels.
By adjusting the auger speed and sieve size, users can fine-tune extraction concentration and consistency—ensuring repeatable, biologically rich results for every batch.
